Viktor Stepanovich Sevets was born in 1928. He studied at the Lviv Art College. Trusha. Master of seascape. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. He participated in All-Union, national and international exhibitions. Personal exhibitions were held in Vienna, Moscow, Odessa and Khmelnitsky. The artist's works are represented in museums of Ukraine and private collections in Russia, Poland, Germany, Canada and the USA. The artist died in 2017.
