Soviet Ukrainian painter . Member of the SS of the Ukrainian SSR . Born in the village of Kalovka, Vinnytsia region, in 1890 . He studied at the icon painting School of the Kiev Pechersk Lavra (1903-1909).I. Itsakevich, at the Kiev art school (1911-1915) with A. Murashko, at the Academy of Arts (1915-1916) with A. Makovsky, at the Kiev Art Institute (1927-1930) with F. Krichevsky. Since 1927, he has participated in national and all-union art exhibitions. In 1911-1915, he participated in the murals of churches in Kiev and Ekaterinoslav (Dnepropetrovsk). Solo exhibitions were held in Kiev in 1955, 1966, 1987; in Vologda in 1957, in Lviv in 1956, in Donetsk in 1967, 1968, and other members of the Union of artists of the USSR. He lived and worked in Kiev. Proceedings Of F. KonovalyukThey are kept in the National Art Museum of Ukraine, the Taras Shevchenko National Museum, and other museums and private collections.
