Olkhov Vladimir Nikolaevich (born 1956) is a Ukrainian painter. He graduated from the Crimean Art College named after N. Samokish, where he studied with the Honored Artist of Ukraine L. Balkind. Member of the NSHU. Participant of national and all-Ukrainian exhibitions. V. Olkhov's paintings are kept in private collections in Ukraine, Russia, Germany, Poland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Turkey, the USA, Japan.
