Ivan Andreevich Tyukha was born on January 2, 1920 in the village of Vlasovka, Kiev region. Studied at the Kiev Art Institute. Teachers: Yerzhikovsky S., Sirotenko O., Yeleva K., Shtilman I., Kostetsky V. Worked in the field of easel painting. Since 1951 he participated in regional and national exhibitions. His first solo exhibition was held in 1957 in Kiev. Main works: "Evening at the Sejm" (I960); "On the Renovated Land" (1964); "Monument to the Arsenals", "M. Yemelyanov's House" (1969) and others. Ivan Andreevich died on March 22, 2000.
