One of the brightest representatives of Russian artistic culture. His path in art was marked by many achievements and milestones that allowed the artist's name to be inscribed in the history of not only the avant-garde movement of the 1910s - 1930s, but also the entire Russian art of the twentieth century. It is in Falk's creative biography that we find a rare example of a combination of the Russian realistic school of the 1900s, the avant-garde trends of the pre-revolutionary era and Western European modernism of the pre-war period. 

From 1904 to 1905 he studied fine art at the studio school of K. F. Yuon and I. O. Dudin, in the private studio of I. I.
