Dulfan Lucien Veniaminovich (born 1942) is a Ukrainian painter. He was born in Kyrgyzstan. Graduated from M. Grekov Moscow State University (1953-1963), teacher E. I. Zheltyakov. Participated in more than 100 exhibitions (since 1966), of which more than 70 are international. Member of the National Agricultural Academy (1973). One of the leaders of the generation of Odessa nonconformists of the 1960s, a representative of the Ukrainian metaphysicians. His works are kept in the State Tretyakov Gallery, the Museum of Fine Arts in Moscow, museums in St. Petersburg, Kiev, Seoul, Warsaw, Tbilisi, New York and in many private collections around the world. Lives and works in New York, USA (since 1990).
