Grigory Kapustin (1865-1925) was a Ukrainian marine painter. He studied at the St. Petersburg AI and in Feodosia with I. Aivazovsky. He lived and worked in St. Petersburg, Odessa, Crimea. Before the revolution, 47 art postcards were printed from his works. At one time, many of the author's works were exhibited in painting salons. Most of his works are marinas and landscapes of southern Ukraine.
