Born on August 29, 1940, in the town of Smela, Cherkassy region. Graduated from the Kiev State Art Institute (1970). Teachers of the specialty: K. Trokhimenko, V. Kostetsky, T. Yablonskaya. The painter. The main industry is easel painting. He created realistic landscapes, portraits, still lifes, paintings on historical and religious themes. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1982). Worked at the Kiev Children's Art School No. 2 (1970-1998): Director (1978-1980). Participated in exhibitions: urban, republican (since 1973). Main works: "Awakening" (1976), "Father's Song" (1981), "Advent" (1986), "Tragedy like Day" (1992), "Messiah" (1997), "Sunflowers" (1974), "Youth" (1981), "Old Hem" (1984), "The Messiah" (1986; 1997), " Adam and Eve" (1989), "Mother (Eternal Soul)" (1993), "Blue Angel", "Spring Hem" (1998), "Chrysanthemums" (1999), "Autumn", "Mama's Towel", "Marichka" (2000), "The Princess of Flowers", "Requiem", "Philosophers" (2001), "Gypsy" (2002), "Spring" (2003), "Prayer" (2004), "M" (2005), "View of the Lavra in spring" (2006), "Mother's Towel", "Evening in the Mountains", "Sea" (2007), "May Day" (2008), "Irises", "Daisies", "Girls" (2009), "Towards the Light", "Sunflowers", "Icarus" (2010), "The Apocalyptic Rider" (2011). The works are kept in the Belopolsky Art Gallery (Sumy region), the Ivano-Frankivsk Museum of Local Lore. He lived and worked in the city of Kiev.
