Zorya Galina Denisovna (1915-2002) was a Ukrainian painter and a master of still life. She was born in Yenakiyevo, Donetsk region. She studied at KHI (1932-1946), with teachers: M. Boychuk, P. Volokidin, A. Shovkunenko. Participant of exhibitions (since 1947). The wife of the artist P. Slety. She lived and worked in Kiev. The artist's works are kept in museums in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus and private collections in Europe, Asia and the USA. Her attractive, colorful, poetic and gentle still lifes are in demand among collectors and fans of painting.
